The Employment & Training Administration (ETA), in partnership with the Appalachian Regional Commission, Delta Regional Authority and Northern Border Regional Commission is hosting this webinar to discuss the requirements for applications for the recently published Workforce Opportunities for Rural Communities, Round 5 FOA. This FOA announced the availability of up to $44 million for grants to create economic prosperity and gainful employment opportunities for eligible residents of the Appalachian, Delta and Northern Border regions, enabling them to remain and thrive in these communities.
