Thank you for joining the Department of Labor (DOL) for the first of three webinars on performance reporting, developed exclusively for the Workforce Opportunity for Rural Communities (WORC) Round 4 grants. Performance Reporting Part 1 showed grantees how to set up Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS) accounts and submit the Quarterly Narrative Reports (QNRs) with a preview WORC Round 4 performance reporting requirements.

Performance reporting is a key part of successful grant implementation. This training—Performance Reporting (Part 1)—includes a tour of the Dislocated Worker Grant (DWG) Community of Practice on WorkforceGPS and an overview of reporting resources developed for WORC Round 4 grant recipients. The webinar focuses on how to access the Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS) and prepare and submit the first Quarterly Narrative Report.
